NBA Premier Night - Houston vs. Portland Game Prediction

A quarter-final rematch between the last season's 4th seed portland trail blazers and 5th seed houston rockets is about to take place in the premier night of the nba. The rockets eliminated the blazers last season 4-2 in the western quarter-final match up. But with some changes in the line up, expectations and predictions on the game would greatly change.

Portland, still having a solid line up will surely be a threat for the Rockets, for their perfect chemistry on the court. Knowing that almost all the players of the Blazers plays their individual roles, the Rockets needs to balance their defense for every player on the court. Knowing that Ron Artest is out of the Rockets line up, Brandon Roy will surely create more opportunities on the court.

But having Trevor Ariza in, Yao Ming and Tracy McGrady back in the Rockets' line up, the team will surely have . The team will expect three point opportunities for the new Rockets player, Trevor Ariza, while the athleticism of T-mac will surely hurt Portland in the game. Post up plays from Yao Ming will also greatly contribute for the team.

But with the new chemistry of the Rockets line up, they will surely find time to adjust during the game. With this, the Blazers may take hold and win this game.

Here is a video of the highlights of their last season's quarter-final match up.
