Ron Artest, known as one of the best defensive players in the nba is now a player of the defending champs, the Los Angeles Lakers. With Ron Artest on the line up, what would be his impact on the LAL team?
Reviewing the career history of Ron Artest, his glory days started when he was in the Indiana Pacers teaming up with Jermaine O'neal. He was named as the most defensive player in 2004. Eventually, he was traded to the Sacramento Kings. He was one of the key players why the Kings made to qualify in the playoffs in 2006. Just last season, he was traded to the Houston Rockets. Even without Tracy McGrady on the line up, Ron Artest was also one of the key players why the Rockets became one of the most competitive players in the nba during the said season.
Having this success in his career, it would be a great impact to have Ron Artest on the Los Angeles Lakers' line up and an enormous threat to other teams. Having Kobe Bryant and Ron Artest on the same line up, with other supporting players (Pau Gasol, Derek Fisher, Lamar Odom), the Los Angeles Lakers team will surely have a great chance to defend and capture once again the championship title.
